Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Supervise, lead, and mentor warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and loaders.
• Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance metrics.
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
