    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
    • Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain stock control systems.
    • Lead and motivate warehouse staff, overseeing their performance and training.
    • Implement and enforce safety procedures and operational best practices.
    • Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
    • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
