    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming shipments; report discrepancies and update stock records in the WMS.
    • Perform daily cycle counts and routine stock reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
    • Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch according to packing lists, ensuring correct labeling and documentation for shipments.
    • Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain warehouse housekeeping, racking and storage to company safety standards.
    • Coordinate with procurement, logistics and sales teams to support stock replenishment, returns processing and urgent order fulfillment.
    • Support internal and third-party audits; follow HSE and SOP guidelines and contribute to continuous process improvements.

    Requirements

    • High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in warehousing/logistics is a plus.
    • 1+ years of hands-on warehouse/storekeeping experience; experience in UAE operations preferred.
    • Ability to work on-site in shifts and lift moderate loads; valid UAE work/residency authorization required.
