Key Responsibilities
- Follow hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.
- Sort out house linen and guest laundry according to color and fabric.
- Understand different washing programs for different garments.
- Use proper care of washing machines and chemicals being used.
- Handle all garments with care and know all washing techniques.
- Assist and train other laundry employees to enhance their skills.
Requirements
- Ideally have a degree or vocational training within the laundry operation.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a high volume laundry is an asset.
- Good command of English and a positive, friendly attitude are essential.
- Hands-on with a true passion for people and service.
- Thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure.
