Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective strategies to re-engage and win back churned customers.
  • Analyze root causes of customer attrition and provide actionable insights to product and service teams.
  • Build strong relationships with former clients, understanding their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Present compelling solutions and value propositions to encourage re-subscription or re-engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for winback campaigns and customer retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer retention, sales, or account management role, preferably in technology or logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach.
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify churn patterns and customer needs.
  • Ability to develop and present compelling solutions to potential returning customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
