    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably within the real estate or wholesale market industry.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking for market assessment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is highly advantageous.
