    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-line technical support and customer service via various channels.
    • Assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems.
    • Monitor system operations and ensure smooth functioning of the Super App.
    • Collect user feedback and report insights to the development team.
    • Contribute to creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize customer experience.
