Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and customer service via various channels.
- Assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems.
- Monitor system operations and ensure smooth functioning of the Super App.
- Collect user feedback and report insights to the development team.
- Contribute to creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and mobile applications.
