Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in the operation and maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC, boilers, and power systems.
  • Learn to monitor, inspect, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a manufacturing environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and operational procedures diligently.
  • Support routine inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and minor repairs.
  • Participate actively in training programs and continuous learning initiatives related to stationary engineering.
  • Document activities, equipment readings, and report any anomalies to supervising staff promptly.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in stationary engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field.
  • Willingness to learn and commit to a structured apprenticeship program.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
  • Commitment to safety and operational excellence within a manufacturing setting.
  • Physical ability to perform duties associated with equipment maintenance and inspections.
