Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the operation and maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC, boilers, and power systems.
- Learn to monitor, inspect, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and operational procedures diligently.
- Support routine inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and minor repairs.
- Participate actively in training programs and continuous learning initiatives related to stationary engineering.
- Document activities, equipment readings, and report any anomalies to supervising staff promptly.
Requirements
- Strong interest in stationary engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field.
- Willingness to learn and commit to a structured apprenticeship program.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence within a manufacturing setting.
- Physical ability to perform duties associated with equipment maintenance and inspections.
