    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist customers with inquiries related to platform features, course creation, and technical issues.
    • Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately.
    • Escalate complex issues to senior support or development teams as needed.
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of help center articles and FAQs.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Basic understanding of web technologies and e-learning platforms is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote, evening shift environment.
    • Residency in Greece or Cyprus.
