Key Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable food and beverage service to guests in various dining outlets.
- Ensure all dining areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Accurately take guest orders and serve meals and drinks efficiently and courteously.
- Offer menu recommendations and assist guests with special dietary requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor service issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, luxury resort environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Legal eligibility to work in Greece.
