Key Responsibilities
- Own senior client relationships and act as the main point of accountability.
- Drive revenue growth across existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.
- Own scoping, pricing, and commercial structure of client engagements.
- Translate client needs into clear strategic directions for internal teams.
- Maintain high-level oversight of delivery quality and timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a digital, social, or integrated agency.
- Proven experience managing senior client relationships.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with Middle East / GCC clients.
