Job Overview
Gravity Hotel is hiring a full-time, on-site Account Executive in the United Arab Emirates. You’ll drive new business for a modern hospitality brand, build and nurture client relationships, and collaborate with sales and operations to hit revenue targets. The role blends prospecting, consultative selling, and market analysis to unlock growth across corporate, leisure, events, and group segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and create new business opportunities across target segments and geographies.
- Manage and grow client relationships; conduct meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, rate agreements, and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotions and meet revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and demand drivers; report performance and pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM; produce weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals and commercial contracts.
- Analytical mindset; ability to spot growth opportunities and adjust strategy.
- Excellent organization and time management; collaborative team player.
- Hospitality experience is a plus; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
