Key Responsibilities
- Support senior account managers in managing client relationships and project execution.
- Assist in identifying and prospecting new business opportunities for the agency’s services.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and internal teams.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning and client engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (especially APAC languages) a plus.
