Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients within the tech industry across Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong understanding of compensation trends and HR tech solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
