Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing SMB accounts, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on Deel’s suite of HR and payroll solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in the SMB space, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and position Deel’s solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is required.
