    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

    • Negotiate contracts and close sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, support) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client success.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to clients on optimizing their ordering and payment processes using Kayana’s tools.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the tech or payment solutions industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and client relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
