Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for passenger and cargo services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in New Zealand.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Residency or valid work authorization for New Zealand (or willingness to obtain).
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
