Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships and satisfaction.
- Identify client needs and develop tailored media production solutions.
- Oversee project execution from conception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, changes, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production) to meet client expectations.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and upselling services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the media production or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of media production processes and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
