Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts with a focus on AR Credit solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and expand market presence.
• Conduct thorough risk analysis and propose optimal insurance programs tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert advice and professional assistance during claims settlement processes.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams across RENOMIA GROUP to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of AR Credit insurance and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, international team.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and business development goals.
• Proficiency in Czech and English is highly advantageous.
