Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Russian-speaking clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
