Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Russian-speaking clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
