Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets regularly.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and other financial records.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or auditing.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Serbian accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a diverse team.
