Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing accurate financial insights.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and internal financial reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within the agribusiness or NGO sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
