Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll in compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audit requirements and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
