Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing accounts payable activities and month-end reconciliation.
• Document historical records and expenditures according to GAAP, IFRS, and IAS.
• Verify expense reports and prepare paychecks for Management approval.
• Track supplier accounts, invoices, and purchase orders for timely payments.
• Support processing payment vouchers, petty cash, and other liabilities.
• Reconcile accounts at GL level, employee advances, and loan accounts.

Requirements

• Ensure timely payment to all local and international vendors.
• Handle personal and company pension contributions for UAE national employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in financial models, financial management, and budgeting.
