Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Accounts Receivable functions and processes.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile AR ledger with the general ledger on a regular basis.
• Generate various AR reports for management and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
