Job Overview
Edari is seeking an Accountant – Accounts Receivable (AR) Reconciliation to support the finance transformation and historical data reconciliation initiative for a semi-government client in Dubai. This is a 6-month contract role, renewable based on performance and business needs. The role reports to the AR Manager and requires strong experience in manual reconciliations using Excel and exposure to Oracle Fusion. Experience in retail or order management is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Support historical AR data reconciliation and validation.
- Extract, consolidate, and reconcile large volumes of AR and balance sheet data.
- Conduct manual reconciliations using Excel.
- Analyse transactional data to identify discrepancies and trends.
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items and variances.
- Maintain clear reconciliation documentation and audit trails.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (mandatory).
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Prior experience with finance system migration or ERP implementation.
