Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process multi-company payroll accurately and on time.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Contribute to financial forecasting and risk analysis for various projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing and multi-company accounting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
