Key Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable for real estate properties.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets specific to real estate projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Assist in property cost tracking, revenue recognition, and lease accounting processes.
• Collaborate effectively with property managers and various internal stakeholders on financial matters.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accountant, with a preference for experience within the real estate or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and accuracy in financial data.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and contribute positively to a team environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
