    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting operations for clients in the vacation rentals industry.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within real estate or hospitality.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
    • Solid understanding of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
