Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations for clients in the vacation rentals industry.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Assist with financial modeling and investor materials development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within real estate or hospitality.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
