Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
