Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Perform administrative duties as required by the accounting department.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
