Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
