    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
    • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
    • Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a collaborative environment.
    • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and regulations.
    • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
