Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Manage general ledger accounts, including timely and accurate reconciliations.
- Assist actively in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to gather financial data and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably 5+ years.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic digital environment.
