Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
