Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day financial transactions and accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and analysis for various projects.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required for entry level.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented non-profit environment.
