Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions and accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Assist with budget monitoring and analysis for various projects.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required for entry level.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented non-profit environment.
