Key Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and proper coding.
• Organize and maintain financial files and records according to policies.
• Record, store, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Prepare, review, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
• Address guests’ service needs in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
