Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices and expense reports accurately.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and manage payment schedules.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payments and queries.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
