Key Responsibilities
- Process and record incoming cash receipts accurately.
- Reconcile accounts receivable to the general ledger.
- Generate and send out invoices to customers.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding balances.
- Prepare daily deposit and apply payments to customer accounts.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk, preferably in the automotive or rental industry.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
