Key Responsibilities

• Process and post daily cash receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and send out invoices to customers.
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
• Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
