Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and prepare 0 status (pending city ledger accounts) entries for transfer to city ledger daily.
• Prepare and verify billing to guests prior to mailing and handle credit card mailing daily.
• Print and mail statements promptly after verification and process payments received.
• Prepare and post monthly closing adjustments and handle any correspondence with guests.
• Maintain effective communication within the finance department and other hotel departments.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 2-3 years experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Proper grooming at all times.
• Ability to attend training classes as per schedule.
• Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
