Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and reconciliation of accounts.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding debts.
• Prepare regular accounts receivable reports and analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing disputes and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Lead or in a similar senior AR role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
