Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and reconciliation of accounts.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding debts.
- Prepare regular accounts receivable reports and analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing disputes and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Lead or in a similar senior AR role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly in accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
