Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Manage and mentor the accounts receivable team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging and collection status for management.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivables Manager or in a similar senior AR role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for collection activities.
