Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all accounts receivable functions efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding debts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and process invoices, statements, and credit memos.
• Maintain precise financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role, preferably at a mid-senior level.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
