Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate potential real estate acquisition opportunities.
- Perform comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis for prospective investments.
- Assist in all aspects of the due diligence process, including reviewing legal, financial, and operational documents.
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for internal review and external stakeholders.
- Support the negotiation and closing processes for real estate transactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes within the commercial real estate sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or a similar role.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail and a passion for commercial real estate.
