Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting jobs and screening resumes.

- Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and employee relations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience (2+ years) in a human resources administrative or assistant role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
