Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting jobs and screening resumes.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and employee relations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience (2+ years) in a human resources administrative or assistant role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
