As an Admin Coordinator you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager relating to the function of medical services for a smooth and efficient day to day running of the department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Liaise and co-ordinate with the HR Shared Services team with regards to onboarding and Medical Benefits eligibility for employees.
    • Respond and communicate effectively to queries from various internal and external stakeholders with regards to the current medical benefits policy.
    • Administer online databases in line with published terms and respective data privacy regulations.
    • Investigate, co-ordinate and escalate where required, any complaints received from internal or external stakeholders.
    • Produce and issue standard letters relating to member insurance and service provider correspondence.
    • Provide consistent and accurate customer service to eligible members over email or telephone.

    Requirements

    • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) preferably in Nursing, Pharmacy or equivalent medical related field.
    • 4+ years relevant work experience in a medical insurance field.
    • Clinical medical experience.
    • Computer literate, Proficiency in the MS Office Suite of Software.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English
