Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
• Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.
• Assist with data entry and prepare reports as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when required.
• Support other administrative tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
