Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and teams.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism.
  • Maintain comprehensive filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support general office operations, procurement of supplies, and ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including room setup, catering, and agenda preparation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role, preferably at a mid-senior level.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
