    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain office systems, including filing and data management.

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate person.
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting as required.
    • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office.

    Requirements

    • Associate degree or relevant certification in Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative support role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
