Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and support.
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
- Support the team in project management and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
